Data protection isn't bolted on — it's in the schema. Personal and financial data are kept cleanly separate, and a right-to-erasure that genuinely works.
We never hold card details
Payments run through Stripe and GoCardless. Card numbers never reach our servers, forms or logs — so they're never ours to lose.

Do we have to sign a long contract?
TeeOS runs on an annual plan — you commit for a year at a time, with no multi-year lock-in. You'll always know exactly what you pay.
Will our members lose their handicaps or history?
No. We link up with the World Handicap System so handicaps carry across exactly, and we import your existing member records and club history. Nothing is left behind.
Do we have to move all our data ourselves?
No — migration is our job, not yours. We bring your members, their WHS handicaps and your existing club data across for you.
How long does it take to get set up?
Usually about a couple of weeks from the go-ahead to your branded app, member web app and website going live.
What kind of support do we get?
